Abu Dhabi Culinary Season has returned with a second instalment of the capital’s six-week gourmet extravaganza, A Journey Through The Senses, in a bid to highlight the dining scene across the emirate. Positioning Abu Dhabi as an international gastronomic leader and host to a diverse backdrop of fine dining, hidden gems and extraordinary talent, the showcase features extensive programme of specially curated mouth-watering menus, exciting promotions and more.
Art On A Plate – Chef’s Table
Explore the relationship between artistic flair and food with this Chef’s Table offering as the third and penultimate series of the year sees limited edition five-course menus brought to you by eight of Abu Dhabi’s leading chefs. Combining unique flavours, tastes and aesthetics, each menu has been inspired by renowned craftmanship for a collaboration expected to elevate the senses. Foodies can dine on a Leonardo Da Vinci-inspired dishes at Villa Toscana, for example.

Continue your journey through the senses as you feast on scrumptious three-course offerings at the Yas Flavours festival with top eateries around the island. With over 40 participating restaurants – the emirate’s one-stop destination for recreation and fun, diners are in for a tasty treat. Running until 28 November, foodies get to experience the culinary wonders the destination has to offer with a range of packages to choose from. Visit the likes of the infamous Black Tap, the American burger joint for the Crispy Chicken Sandwich or L’eto for the Australian avocado tartine and so much more.

Continue the culinary celebrations with the Hidden Gems initiative as some of the most authentic and delectable restaurants in the capital are uncovered. Foodies get the chance to savour on traditional dishes from family run eateries and quirky venues such as Bosnia Hunt. If spice is more your thing, why not head to Boti Street for a traditional Pakistani feast with the Peshwari Karahi. Diners can enjoy this and much more as part of the interactive scavenger hunt to win prizes at some of the city’s exclusive restaurants.
Ensuring you always leave room for dessert is Sweetest Things, the chance for sweet connoisseurs to feast their eyes with experiential dishes. Running in partnership with Time Out Abu Dhabi until November 28, indulge in desserts from over 40 participating restaurants at some of the city’s most loved venues. Head down to Sacci where you can feast on a traditional Sicilian Cannolo dessert, served with an espresso for the authentic twist. An exclusive item on the menu introduced especially for this campaign is the Trini Pone at The Caribbean Spot – a delicious pudding made cassava, pumpkin and coconut.
